Perched on the heights of the Véxin, Jambville Castle is known as the National training centre for the Scouts and guides of France. Each year, more than 2 000 executives participate in training courses. Its architecture is unique since it has evolved over the centuries. The vaulted cellars are the th, the wing of the era Henri IV and the central pavilion date of Louis XIV. The castle park, created in the th century, is a remnant of the royal Forest of Arthies. It covers 52 ha of wood and grassland and consists of very rare tree species such as the Himalaya cedar. Also noteworthy is the presence of a Greek temple built in 1775 and a former cooler where ice blocks collected from the frozen Seine in winter were stored. She is now serving in oratory. The castle can accommodate groups, associations, companies for stays, seminars in the week and weekend. Benefits are also offered as the organization of marriages where family meals are served. The park is open to the public all year round.
