For over twenty years, Le Bistro Gourmand has been an institution in Jouars-Pontchartrain. You'll be welcomed by Hélène and Éric Gousseau, and their master chef Philippe Guérin. In a sober, elegant setting, come and enjoy modern gastronomic cuisine, prepared using quality local produce: farmhouse rabbit rouelle, monkfish gravlax, veal quasi or Iberian pork abanico confit - all fine, gourmet culinary creations. A fresh menu is offered at lunchtime, and is renewed weekly. Terrace upstairs.

C’est la première fois que nous venions dans ce restaurant et c’était très bien.
L’atmosphère y est agréable, le personnel est au petit soin et les plats servis étaient délicieux.
On y reviendra à coup sûr ????

Très bon moment passé dans ce restaurant pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Service aux petits soins, cuisine raffinée et originale, cadre a priori rénové récemment, très agréable et chaleureux. On nous a indiqué que la carte changeait à chaque saison, hâte de goûter celle d’automne !
