Located in an old mill, BARàSOLE boasts a chic country decor, a terrace overlooking the Bièvre reach and a 100% fish and shellfish menu. Everything is homemade, with fresh produce and fish offered according to the catch of the day, direct from Brittany. We particularly recommend the razor clams with parsley sauce, or the succulent squid fritters with homemade aioli. As for desserts, let yourself be tempted by the famous baba au rhum - which you can pour yourself! A must-try restaurant in any season.

Superbe restaurant, un endroit qui vaut vraiment le déplacement.
Les plats sont délicieux et bien équilibrés, le service est au top.

Je recommande vivement le Baràsol, à tous les amateurs de cuisine raffinée. C'est une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle que nous avons énormément apprécié.
