Visit the former home of French politician Léon Blum and his wife Jeanne in Jouy-en-Josas.
Léon Blum lived with his wife Jeanne in Jouy-en-Josas for five years, in their Clos de Metz home, after his return from the Buchenwald camp in 1945. Here, in his office-library, he received political figures seeking his advice. On his death, his wife turned the house into a museum and bequeathed it to the municipality. This living memorial is managed by an association, which oversaw its modernization and continues to transmit the values of the Republic so dear to Léon Blum. Open to the public, no reservations required.
