A new boutique in Jouy-En-Josas. Nicolas is a creator of 100% handmade, sugar-measured chocolates, with original flavors and tastes. Seeking out the rarest products and loving to share his discoveries, he offers 28 references: tablets, palets, iced pastries, spreads... Beans from Africa and the Philippines, hazelnuts from Piedmont, sesame from Thailand, yuzu from Japan. We tasted its vanilla-cigar ice cream: surprising and pleasant on the palate, even for non-smokers!
