This traditional millstone inn run by Nathalie and Christophe Cornier is sure to please. A Maître Restaurateur, the chef outdoes himself with his specialties: French veal sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce, or calf's head with gribiche sauce. The dishes live up to expectations, made from fresh, local produce. Please note, however, that this is a gourmet restaurant, and so everything comes at a price; but we can only recommend the tasting menu, served for the whole table. Reservations recommended.
