This building was commissioned by the residents of the new Grandes-Terres district of Marly-le-Roi, at the junction with Le Pecq.
Begun in 1962, this concrete-and-wood church took architects Perroin, Lunez and Jung 14 years to build. Its originality lies in the four wooden sails that join to form a 35 m-high spire over the altar. It was built at the request of the residents of the new Grandes-Terres district, at the junction of Marly-le-Roi and Le Pecq. Its exceptional architecture is well worth a look.

Die Kirche selbst gefällt mir nicht, weil sie neumodisch ist. Die 5 Sterne vergebe ich für die Institution, die sich unterhalb befindet. Ein Mr. Robert sammelt Essen für Bedürftige und hier ist die Essensausgabe
