Quality restaurant offering traditional cuisine and good local products.
Aubrac beef, Conquet charcuterie from Laguiole, Fricandeau, Laguiole, aligot and tripoux from Naucelle are the hallmarks of this quality restaurant. But the menu doesn't stop there. Pan-seared scallops deglazed with Noilly Prat and lightly creamed show that any cuisine is possible, when it's based on good local produce and traditional cooking. Also on the menu is a wide variety of wines, some of which have won awards in various national competitions.

Tiramisu servi dans un pot de confiture bonne maman recyclé avec encore l’étiquette c’était curieux ???? dessert assez moyen
Aujourd'hui un morceau de viande très bon au demeurant mais perdu dans une assiette vide avec un panier de frites dont 2 cramées. Assaisonnement inexistant. On m'a annoncé 250g ...je pense pas qu'ils y étaient car je suis sortie avec la faim...et pourtant je ne suis pas une grosse mangeuse. Quand on sert de l'aubrac, certains petits détails sont indispensables, un bon assaisonnement ou une bonne moutarde ou un bon poivre ....au lieu de ça une moutarde basique et un poivre gris idem.
Vraiment déçu.
