Quality restaurant offering traditional cuisine and good local products.
Aubrac beef, Conquet charcuterie from Laguiole, Fricandeau, Laguiole, aligot and tripoux from Naucelle are the hallmarks of this quality restaurant. But the menu doesn't stop there. Pan-seared scallops deglazed with Noilly Prat and lightly creamed show that any cuisine is possible, when it's based on good local produce and traditional cooking. Also on the menu is a wide variety of wines, some of which have won awards in various national competitions.

Après avoir donner nos plats en commande la serveuse nous dit qu'il n'y a plus de filet de bœuf et nous propose donc une entrecôte a la place. Le plat était de base filet de boeuf aligot et sa sauce aux morilles.
Ma fille part sur l'entrecote avec une cuisson saignante.
Assiette avec une entrecote surcuite aligot pas ecxeptionnel et sans sauce aux morilles.
On constate que les assiettes manquent de générosité.
Arrivés en caisse nous constatons un plat d'entrecote a 29e sans ns prevenir que nous devrions payer plus cher.
Pour une entrecote surcuite, sèche et sans sauce on paye 3euros plus cher et c'est normal apparamment.
Nous avons vraiment été déçus
