Quality restaurant offering traditional cuisine and good local products.
Aubrac beef, Conquet charcuterie from Laguiole, Fricandeau, Laguiole, aligot and tripoux from Naucelle are the hallmarks of this quality restaurant. But the menu doesn't stop there. Pan-seared scallops deglazed with Noilly Prat and lightly creamed show that any cuisine is possible, when it's based on good local produce and traditional cooking. Also on the menu is a wide variety of wines, some of which have won awards in various national competitions.

A midi mon père et moi nous avons mangé ,mon steak tartare était excellent, ainsi que le dessert Aveyronnaise , service agréable et patron sympathique.
