Chez Ange, an old restored building with a cosy fireplace inside and a dreamy garden in a park, is a Perray-en-Yvelines institution. Here, Pierre-Ange Rey serves traditional family cuisine with a bistro feel, concocted from fresh local produce. A selection of Corsican wines and charcuterie, grands crus and wines of the moment. It's a warm and beautiful place, with good value for money. We recommend it!
