The transalpine table of Mario Franza, originally from the Neapolitan countryside, is an honour to the cuisine in southern Italy. The intimate décor of the service room is rather pleasant, but in the beautiful season you will prefer the old terrace or the old-fashioned veranda. On the base, everything is home, with know-how and from fresh products. There are antipasti, then generous pizzas cooked in wood fire, meat, fish, and of course… pasta! Among the specialties: linguini to squid that give a nice purple hue to the dish, or the saltimbocca alla romana (veal steak surrounded by Parma ham and perfumed to sage), not to mention the delicious pasta cocktail or the plate of Italian sausage. Pizza Côté is available for all tastes, from Norvegese (tomato, mozzarella, smoked salmon and fresh cream) to Classiques or Regina classics, Coliseo to Chopped beef or Jambon to Ham and Goat Cheese. Desserts are home made: tiramisu or cotta panna, of course. No children's menu but the hotel offers a specially designed Regina pizza. The restaurant also has its rooms available to organise your special events, even outside the opening hours.
