Rooms, studios and apartments with modern and sober decor make up the residence and are to rent at prices that defy all competition, without sacrificing the basic principles of comfort, space and cleanliness. Some apartments have been specially adapted for disabled guests. The rich breakfast buffet is at an additional cost. Good value for money.
