After having made his first steps in many prestigious restaurants, the chef Laurent Trochain, accompanied by his wife, has been developing for some time an absolutely incredible cuisine here. The menu, composed of two starters, two main courses and two desserts, is full of flavor and precision, presenting creative seasonal dishes, hemmed in with delicacy. One can taste a crumble of crab, a veal breast cooked "gently", morels stuffed with celery, and absolutely incredible desserts. Let's be clear: here, the meal becomes an enchantment!

L'etoile Michelin est amplement méritée, seul, parfois, le service peut se révéler un peu faible. Toutes les autres qualités compensent ce léger défaut.
