This hostel celebrates simple cuisine, which makes the successful bet of authenticity without false pretensions. In an old style, you start with a salmon tartar and soup of cucumber, marinated with mint and green lemon. On the sea we fish the fish of the moment with a fennel fondue. on earth, you can enjoy kidney calf kidneys and leeks with curry cream. Desserts are not the poor parent: We will get the nems of black chocolate and orange zests, with white chocolate forest and éclats éclats. The terrace, in the beautiful days, is an extra quality. A safe value.
