A charming restaurant run by the same family for four generations. The cuisine is based on local produce: the meat comes from the Gers, the fish from the Breton coast and the vegetables are supplied by local growers. Chef Robin Philippe creates gastronomic dishes that are both traditional and refined: crispy scallops and langoustines, duck pastilla confit with beggars... served in a room with tiled floors, exposed beams and a fireplace. A warm, gourmet family dining experience.

Le menu avec les 6 surprises du chef nous a ravi avec des associations inattendues (le tartare de boeuf et foie gras avec le sorbet cassis), des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées... le plateau de fromage est généreux et propose aussi bien des fromages classiques que des decouvertes intéressantes à faire.
Le prix est largement justifié (a mon avis) pour l'excellente soirée que nous avons passé.
