The presence of this cross has been documented on the plateau since the end of the th century. Set at the limit of the two parishes, it appears on the stewardship plan of the neighbourhood of Neighbours-le-Bretonneux (1787) at the intersection between Neighbours Road to Châteaufort, now rue aux Fleurs. It is noted as a map on the map of the hunts of that time, suggesting that it was certainly of an important size. From this isolated cross, there is no trace today, if it is not in place of the land of Neighbours.
