Le Bouche à Oreille, halfway between the Seine and the town center, is definitely one of Maisons-Laffitte's finest restaurants. In a chic, elegantly decorated space, the chef offers generous, traditional French cuisine, concocted from fresh seasonal produce: calf's head, lamb mice, homemade foie gras... A cosy, convivial address with a lovely little veranda, just a short stroll from the château and the grand hotels. A word of advice: remember to book in advance, as it's often fully booked!
