Restaurant serving fusion dishes from France to Spain to Japan, with a short, controlled menu.

Chef Cyril Ramon's fusion cuisine subtly blends the skills and traditions of Japanese and Spanish gastronomy. The menu is short and to the point, starting with braised salmon tataki with citrus sauce. Low-cooked monkfish with parsnip cream or roast beef fillet with butternut cream make excellent main courses. And to finish on a sweet note, we're sure you'll fall for pastry chef Ryoko Claro Amemiya's chocolate mille-feuille. A good table.

Exquise cuisine (festival de saveurs), inventive, originale et délicieuse. Belles présentations : n'oublions pas que la dégustation commence par les yeux. Service convivial et particulièrement sympa. Vraiment c'est très agréable. Merci.

Un restaurant dont les plats sont tous aussi surprenants que beaux et délicieux. Pour moi c'est le numéro 1 de maisons-laffitte en rapport qualité prix. Le petit plus pour les végétariens : faites leur confiance ils vont vous régaler avec quelques surprenantes déjustation !
