Chef Cyril Ramon's fusion cuisine subtly blends the skills and traditions of Japanese and Spanish gastronomy. The menu is short and to the point, starting with braised salmon tataki with citrus sauce. Low-cooked monkfish with parsnip cream or roast beef fillet with butternut cream make excellent main courses. And to finish on a sweet note, we're sure you'll fall for pastry chef Ryoko Claro Amemiya's chocolate mille-feuille. A good table.

Un très bon restaurant, nous nous sommes régalés, et avons apprécié l'attention spéciale pour notre anniversaire de mariage : merci encore pour cette jolie et délicate surprise! Le chef et le service sont de très bon niveau. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Ce restaurant est une jolie découverte. Un décor un peu désuet mais des assiettes gourmandes et pleine de saveurs.
