L'ATELIER GOURMAND
Sebastien, chef, and Daniel, wine specialist, created the Atelier Gourmand-la-Jolie in 2011. Courses for all levels are provided in this convivial 160 m ² space dedicated to gastronomy. The programme proposes various themes: Italian cuisine, spice route, market visit, tapas, verrines… Each participant learns to make recipes from A to Z under the leadership of a chef. Playful and instructive lessons are specially targeted for children and tailor-made workshops can be organized for groups (funeral funeral of young girls, colleagues…). Participants can leave with their culinary preparations or, for the gourmands, enjoy them directly in the dining room. The workshop also opened a table that proposes a single menu each day based on fresh products.
