Housed in a former 18th-century mill on the banks of the Vaucouleur river, in a green setting, this is an emblematic Mantois restaurant run by chef Alexandre Lepère and his team. The menu changes every month, offering a generous gastronomic version of traditional French cuisine, all homemade with fresh, seasonal produce. We tried the white chocolate and avocado millefeuille, as delicious as it was surprising, as well as the basil cream and lemon ice cream. Private lounge, flower garden and two terraces.
