MOULIN DE LA REILLÈRE
It is in a former mill on the banks of the Vaucouleurs that Pascal Courtois holds a master's hand his gastronomic restaurant: The Moulin de la Reillère is worth the detour at least as much for the charm of the place as for the delights that occupy the plate. Here we are dealing with traditional French cuisine of high aerobatic. The map evolves with the seasons, perfectly exchanger to ensure the choice while ensuring impeccable freshness. For example, you will get a refreshing glass of cake and a brunoise of small glaçés vegetables, and a filet of perch on a cabbage cabbage, riesling butter, smoked peas of the Black Forest or a quasi calf, sliced juice, cerisettes tomatoes and almond potato, to conclude with a verrine of pears, cream with bergamot and amande. The location is cosy and the service is excellent, we appreciate the pleasant terrace in the sunny days, the corner of fire in the winter. Possibility of organizing receptions (maximum 60 people).
