Top of the range: that's the Village, masterfully managed by Tomohiro Uido, who gave his name to the most inventive, creative and chic menu in the area. In just a few lines, it's hard to stress just how unique the experience here is. Multi-awarded, starred and acclaimed, the restaurant does not disappoint, far from it. The menus come in a variety of flavors, with the star being the one to which the chef has given his name, featuring no fewer than 11 dishes, including Goï Cuôn de Homard Bleu and foie gras, and above all the famous Japanese Wagyu beef. A must-try.

De multiples saveurs et textures d'une grande originalité et délicieuses.
On a tout apprécié y compris le service mais un peu trop rapide à notre goût. Nous avons pris le menu en 10 services en moins de 2 h.
On peut demander à ne pas avoir tout de suite le plat suivant pour régler ce petit désagrément.
Nous reviendrons car nous sommes ravis
Bien sûr le prix de la carte est d'un certain niveau mais à la hauteur de ce qui est servi.
Le restaurateurpasse en fin de repas auprès de chaque table ce qui est tres agréable . Très bonne adresse.
