Top of the range: that's the Village, masterfully managed by Tomohiro Uido, who gave his name to the most inventive, creative and chic menu in the area. In just a few lines, it's hard to stress just how unique the experience here is. Multi-awarded, starred and acclaimed, the restaurant does not disappoint, far from it. The menus come in a variety of flavors, with the star being the one to which the chef has given his name, featuring no fewer than 11 dishes, including Goï Cuôn de Homard Bleu and foie gras, and above all the famous Japanese Wagyu beef. A must-try.

Tout d ´abord un très bel accueil et une ambiance très conviviale et qque mots avec le chef à la fin clôt une belle soirée . Un lieu sympathique et une cuisine raffinée et excellente. Nous avons pris les 5 plats avec verres de vins et le saké ambré + Café. L’apéritif maison et mise en bouche superbe , les pains ( wasabi ) et beure maison un régal . Vraiment a recommander et nous reviendrons
Le prix est en rapport et en comparaison des restaurants équivalents nous sommes dans le bon ton .
