Top of the range: that's the Village, masterfully managed by Tomohiro Uido, who gave his name to the most inventive, creative and chic menu in the area. In just a few lines, it's hard to stress just how unique the experience here is. Multi-awarded, starred and acclaimed, the restaurant does not disappoint, far from it. The menus come in a variety of flavors, with the star being the one to which the chef has given his name, featuring no fewer than 11 dishes, including Goï Cuôn de Homard Bleu and foie gras, and above all the famous Japanese Wagyu beef. A must-try.

Maintenant sur la nourriture (qui remonte la note!) : Menu petit Tomohiro excellent, surprenant, avec mention particulière pour les nems au maroilles, le granité hibiscus et le dessert à base de patate douce. Extrêmement bien pensé avec un mélange de saveurs parfaitement équilibré. Les derniers plats étant les meilleurs, on reste sur un souvenir parfait.
Seule complexité : trouver une place pour se garer mais ça le Chef n'y est pour rien.
