The Boulangerie Pâtisserie on avenue de l'Abreuvoir has been taken over by the two Haelewyn brothers, Jérôme and Jimmy.
These two passionate and dynamic brothers, sons and grandsons of shopkeepers, trained at the prestigious Grégoire Ferrandi school, one in baking and the other in pastry and chocolate making.
After gaining their first experience in prestigious establishments in Versailles and proving themselves in the Hauts de Seine, Jérôme and Jimmy decided to set up in Marly Le Roi.
In this new establishment, they have surrounded themselves with a close-knit, highly competent team. The proof is in their excellent places in the "La Meilleure Tradition des Yvelines" and "La Meilleure Pâtisserie des Yvelines" competitions.
Their products, made from top-quality ingredients, combined with their artisan know-how, are sure to win you over.
BOULANGERIE
Haelewyn, which has won numerous awards for the quality of its bread, including 3rd best traditions in Yvelines and Ile-de-france 2023, produces its bread from morning to night, thanks to a team of 6 bakers led by Jérôme Haelewyn.
Fresh bread is available all day long.
Our traditional baguette is also used in the creation of our various sandwiches for our lunch formulas.
A wide range of sourdough breads is available: cereal breads, sourdough loaves, speciality breads by the slice..
The house specialty, kouglof, is available every day to the delight of our gourmets.

PATISSERIE
Benjamin Lacan, our in-house pastry chef, is passionate about pastries and has won numerous departmental competitions. He offers you his creations as well as pastry classics.
