Elegant chef Babette de Rozières takes us on a culinary voyage to the West Indies! She welcomes us into her charming home: a green setting dotted with elegant tables, a cosy interior full of cachet and tastefully decorated. In the kitchen, the farandole of colors and spicy flavors invites you to salivate. We're sure to whet our appetites with a mishmash of cod accras with combawa vinaigrette. Then we continue with a fricassee of lobster tails in Creole sauce. And for a sweet finish, a blancmange all coco!
