Here's a lovely little inn that welcomes you in a beautifully rustic setting, with exposed beams and fireplaces worthy of the name. The homemade dishes are classic and generous. After a complimentary amuse-bouche, followed by a warm farmhouse goat's cheese with honey as an appetizer, you can savor the wood-fired grills in the fireplace with pleasure and great taste. It's hardly surprising that Gérard Flammang's restaurant, which has been in operation since 1975, is a local landmark. On summer evenings, the house opens its terrace and garden. Mais la cuisine est un peu lourde. C'était un repas de société et donc le menu était imposé: bouchée du pêcheur, blanquette et fondant au chocolat. La bouchée et la blanquette trop chargées en crème et donc grasses et le fondant au chocolat surmonté de Nutella un peu lourd pour une fin de repas...
En revanche, service souriant et efficace compatible d'un retour au bureau dans un temps raisonnable.
