Here, it is Héléna who represents Aveyron, Soulages-Bonneval more precisely. But Jean-François, her husband, also claims Auvergne origins. Together, in 2006, they took over Le Maurepas, "already run by an Auvergnat". In a warm setting, they offer a market formula, different every day, and a traditional cuisine, faithful to their regional values: aligot, meat and wine from Aveyron. Also to be discovered, the home-made desserts: tarte Tatin or profiteroles. A treat that completes the welcome and generosity of the couple!
