Nous avons dîner à deux au Transat, le choix des plats était limité . Les entrées choisies fortement décevantes ! Un grave accident de saumon trop salé et un entrée à base d’échalotes très médiocre.
Le plat végétarien fortement recommandé par le serveur fut très sec, très bourratif et pas du tout goûteux
Cependant je dois reconnaître que le dos de cabillaud était bon et l’accompagnement de lentilles très agréable.
Un verre de Chablis à presque 12€ pour cet endroit est exagéré
Très difficile d’avoir une carafe d’eau !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et avons pu déguster de l'entrée au dessert des mets excellents, tous très bien présentés.
Les portions étaient copieuses et très raffinées.
