LE BISTROT DES TOURS
A timbered bar, panelled walls, large lamp-shade and wine labels on the walls constitute the decor where about ten tables are laid, thus creating an intimate atmosphere. The reception is family, cordial, and the service is discrete and effective. All is homemade here, the chef takes a good care of the quality of his dishes, his always fresh products, and their presentation. On the menus, simple recipes, between tradition and creativity, are really convincing. Enjoy foie gras, a salmon tartare, a duck burger, a haddock-smoked hake fillet or a beef loin skewer, served on boards. The getaway is closed with a macaroon with caramel chocolate cake and its homemade ice-cream, or a tiramisu with speculaas. For your private or professional event, the restaurant offers a vaulted cellar with stone walls, which can seats up to thirty people. Finally, he offers thematic evenings which caters for all tastes, football match rebroadcast at the literary café!
