La Brigaderie is France's first manufacturer of handmade chocolates made from brigadeiros - a Brazilian specialty concocted from chocolate powder, condensed milk and margarine. Marina Stroh takes you on a journey to Brazil with her delicious bean-to-bar chocolate varieties. Passion and ethics are her hallmarks, like her Amazonia collection made from wild cacao beans from agroforestry. Courses on how to make cocoa for young and old, by reservation. La boutique de La Brigaderie est un véritable paradis pour les amateurs de bons chocolats. Leurs créations exquises , alliées à un service attentionné, font de la visite une expérience gourmande inoubliable. Ils ont su transformer les brigadeiros (que je n'aimais pas trop à l'origine) en une friandise complètement addictive. On sent le travail de recherche pour arriver à sublimer cette confiserie originellement banale. De plus, leurs chocolats bean to bar sont un autre voyage à ne pas rater, car les cacaos utilisés sont uniques en France et la dégustation est accompagnée d'une vrai explication pédagogique. Absolument délicieux et hautement recommandé.
