With its terrace, green park and large windows, the Auberge du Manet restaurant offers a romantic and charming setting. And if you were conquered by the hotel, then you can only love the restaurant. The plates are refined and have delicate and subtle flavors, made up of the chef's know-how and the use of excellent products. Here, everything is made home with respect for the seasons. Some examples: on entry, a half baked bluefin tuna and pepper dressing, in flat a crisp medallion of lotte with ricotta ravioli, serving a strawberry salad in basil. Rare, and appreciable here, vegetarians have a dedicated menu. In summer, the freshness of the terrace by the water is very pleasant.

La cuisine est plutôt savoureuse. Dommage que le service ne suive pas! Arrivée 21h et servi à 22h. Pas une bouteille d’eau… il a fallu demander 3 fois…

Le cadre est pourtant magnifique et la cuisine bonne. Mais attendre 1h sans boisson ni eau, ce n’est pas un gastronomique
