With its terrace, green park and large windows, the Auberge du Manet restaurant offers a romantic and charming setting. And if you were conquered by the hotel, then you can only love the restaurant. The plates are refined and have delicate and subtle flavors, made up of the chef's know-how and the use of excellent products. Here, everything is made home with respect for the seasons. Some examples: on entry, a half baked bluefin tuna and pepper dressing, in flat a crisp medallion of lotte with ricotta ravioli, serving a strawberry salad in basil. Rare, and appreciable here, vegetarians have a dedicated menu. In summer, the freshness of the terrace by the water is very pleasant.

Nous avons profité de la week fork pour découvir ce restaurant charmant dans un cadre superbe et nous avons diner à la carte . Très grand choix de vins , poisson et viande cuits avec precision , je reste sur ma faim avec le dessert , je m attendais a une tropezienne mais j ai vu arriver une brioche avec de la chantilly ,ce n est pas au niveau de l endroit !
prix corrects ... avec la semaine week !
