With its terrace, green park and large windows, the Auberge du Manet restaurant offers a romantic and charming setting. And if you were conquered by the hotel, then you can only love the restaurant. The plates are refined and have delicate and subtle flavors, made up of the chef's know-how and the use of excellent products. Here, everything is made home with respect for the seasons. Some examples: on entry, a half baked bluefin tuna and pepper dressing, in flat a crisp medallion of lotte with ricotta ravioli, serving a strawberry salad in basil. Rare, and appreciable here, vegetarians have a dedicated menu. In summer, the freshness of the terrace by the water is very pleasant.

Cadre sympas, cuisine bonne, j'y suis allée début sept et le jeune barman nous avait préparer de super cocktails, très souriant et à l'écoute. Dommage qu'il n'est plus présent, il apporté de l'humour. Depuis c'est un peu plus plat mais toujours de bons cocktails.

Quel dommage que cette très bonne adresse par le passé ait autant perdu ! Le rapport qualité prix est devenue inacceptable et le service totalement incompétent qui semble uniquement assuré par des apprentis débutants non formés ni encadrés. Au bout de 2h, nous avons dû quitter le restaurant sans même finir notre repas tellement cela a pris de temps pour être servi du 1er plat!!!
