With its terrace, green park and large windows, the Auberge du Manet restaurant offers a romantic and charming setting. And if you were conquered by the hotel, then you can only love the restaurant. The plates are refined and have delicate and subtle flavors, made up of the chef's know-how and the use of excellent products. Here, everything is made home with respect for the seasons. Some examples: on entry, a half baked bluefin tuna and pepper dressing, in flat a crisp medallion of lotte with ricotta ravioli, serving a strawberry salad in basil. Rare, and appreciable here, vegetarians have a dedicated menu. In summer, the freshness of the terrace by the water is very pleasant.

Bon accueil et cadre très agréable en terrasse.
Nous avons été invités à nous installer à une table ronde, ce qui fut très apprécié.
Délicieuse lotte et pavé charolais en plat et dessert biscuit chocolat boule de glace extra.
Repas arrosé d'une demi bouteille de vin blanc excellent.
