The very first Pedra Alta was born in northern Portugal in Viana do Castelo, under the leadership of his creator Joaquim Batista. On the council of friends of passage, he decided to open one of his seafood and fish restaurants in France. And just a few years later, a dozen of these giant canteens have been sailing on the street, so say that it is a success!
