After being a restaurant of Caribbean cuisine, then a pizzeria, the address returns to the sources and serves now delicious Creole recipes: Spices Kaz and its three rooms full of fabrics with bright and warm colours of the Caribbean are just attractive. Held by a team smiling and very caring to guests, it is the Haitian chef Bermann Morancy who takes care of the cuisine of the restaurant: all the products that compose the dishes and desserts are fresh and mainly homemade. Here is a suggestion of meal: after a codfish accras mixture, you can enjoy a Creole mixed salad or Assièt moun' N san vian' N (creole vegetarian dish), then it will be a timadan'm beef sautéed (with ginger and Creole spices) or a Caribbean Fêtard de gambas (with coconut sauce slightly with tomato and creole spices), or perhaps a classical and tasty smoked sausage rougail (sausages, Creole spices, tomatoes, pork breast, lemon)... The desserts are also true exotic little wonders: the coconut pie and its ginger ice-cream or the Haitian "Coupe première république (1804)" will delight the gourmet. Note that all the dishes arrive with a typical Creole garnish: plantains or Creole rice, sweet potatoes. For enthusiasts, a fine selection of flavoured rhums and old rhums will close the debate, to be tasted in the space provided for this purpose. An original and cosy address that you will leave with a smile.

J'ai vraiment apprécié Kaz d'Épices. Nous y sommes allés pour un dîner d'anniversaire et le plat principal était très délicieux et copieux. L'ambiance était très cool. Le service était parfait. Le dessert était juste correct pour ce que c'était.
