Bakers for 3 generations, the Caroly brothers run the Instant Gourmand boutique. Here, you'll discover almost 20 recipes for fine pastries and breads (sourdough, corn or barley), as well as 12 special and gourmet breads, and 16 traditional breads. A special mention goes to the "Tradi crâmée", a traditional baguette that's very well baked and crisp. The Carolys are creative, and work on flavors with talent. We particularly appreciated their original dry cakes, including the almond cake.
