je décommande fortement ce fleuriste qui m'a livré, via Interflora, avec retard, un bouquet de fleurs défraichies. J'en veux pour preuve l'état du bouquet sur la photo après seulement 48 h, ne respectant pas son engagement vis à vis d'INTERFLORA qui a été prévenu. Je suis passée au magasin et attends toujours son coup de fil...
