A sure bet in Rambouillet, this fish, seafood and shellfish restaurant is well worth a visit, with its superb dishes.

This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.

Accord parfait ! Aucune fausse note sur cette partition.
Une ambiance accueillante et soignée, juste équilibre entre raffinement et simplicité.
C'est aussi les vertus que l'on retrouve dans les assiettes.

Excellente découverte. Je recommande vivement. Personnel sympathique et service efficace. Espace accueillant et spacieux. Très bonne cuisine avec des produits frais de l'entrée au dessert !! Bons vins d'accompagnement raisonnables en prix et qui se marient aux plats proposés. Bref on y retourne c'est certain. Pas de chichi, c'est parfait. Bravo.
