A sure bet in Rambouillet, this fish, seafood and shellfish restaurant is well worth a visit, with its superb dishes.

This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.

Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel extrêmement poli et bienveillant. Merci au personnel de cuisine qui a fait un très bon travail aussi beau que bon. Intolérante au lactose on m'a apporté une salade de fruits joliment présentée, j'ai apprécié le geste. Encore merci.
