A sure bet in Rambouillet, this fish, seafood and shellfish restaurant is well worth a visit, with its superb dishes.

This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.

We had to wait at least 20 minutes to order while other diners ordered. Then we were asked multiple times to preorder our deserts but we demurred. We were asked twice in a row if we were done eating. The food was exceptional but not the service. It is my first experience in France of such rudeness in a fine dining environment.

Nous sommes des habitués de ce restaurant. Mais nous avons été déçu. Le restaurant perd en qualité et en quantité. Un demi filet de bar et du rouget guère plus gros qu'un filet de sardine. Il ne faut pas avoir faim....et le service pas top.

Clients depuis de nombreuses années, nous tenions à remercier et à féliciter le propriétaire pour ce moment passé dans leur établissement. Tout a été parfait, accueil, service, ambiance. Un superbe menu à des prix raisonnables.
