A sure bet in Rambouillet, this fish, seafood and shellfish restaurant is well worth a visit, with its superb dishes.

This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.

Excellent restaurant au service impeccable. Le chef vous proposera des plats de très belles qualités, préparés avec beaucoup de délicatesse et très goûteux. Je recommande sans hésitation. Le cadre est très agréable, vous pouvez déjeuner en salle, en terrasse ou dans la véranda.
