This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au sein de cet établissement. Un accueil chaleureux, les plats de l'entrée au dessert étaient raffinés, frais et goûtus. La présentation était top. Vraiment extra ! ✨
Quant au service qui a été des plus agréables qui soit. De par la gentillesse des serveurs qui ont fait preuve d'une amabilité resplendissante ????
