In a shopping area with its own entrance, Les Impériales "Restobylette" is an atypical bistronomic restaurant. Mopeds on display, a trompe-l'œil two-wheeler repair shop and enamelled plates on the walls. Three spaces: inside, terrace and arbour, where you can enjoy traditional cuisine. The menu changes according to the chef's mood: sautéed wild boar, veal kidneys, pork curry... Gourmet café with homemade desserts. Wine list including exceptional vintages.

Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm (last service at 2pm). Set menu: €15 (dish of the day and dessert; dish of the day on its own: €10.50). Wine by the glass. 1st Saturday of the month: aperitif dinner concert until 00:30; from 28€ to 40€.

Les Impériales Restobylette is a gourmet brasserie and caterer based in Rambouillet. It upholds and defends the excellence of traditional know-how, respect and choice of products, and the sharing of the pleasures of the table and gourmet delights. The owner, Jean-Marc Woetter, and the audacious, passionate and talented chef, Vincent, work together to offer you the best service in the dining room and in the kitchen. They offer elegant, tasty cuisine in three interior spaces and on a large terrace. You'll find a choice of formulas including fish, grilled meats, gratin dishes, a bistro menu and a buffet of starters for a quick, healthy lunch. You'll also find suggestions on the slate, depending on the chef's inspiration and what's available. Try our house-smoked salmon, duck foie gras or cheese of the month. On the catering side, the team can help you organize and execute your private events (birthdays, family meals, weddings...) or business events (seminars, cocktail parties, breakfasts, company dinners...). You can choose the room that suits you best, or privatize the premises at your convenience. You can also order complete, balanced meal trays for well-orchestrated, gourmet study days, meetings or conventions. A choice address for all requirements!
