arrivée très tard dans la nuit suite à un gros problème informatique venant de la chaîne Ibis , nous avons du dérangé le personnel d accueil à 01h00 du matin, malgré l heure nous avons eu un accueil de grande qualité avec Will qui a même porté la valise de ma compagne. Bravo et je tiens à mettre en avant la qualité du service de ce jeune homme qui est un vrai professionnel du tourisme. que la chaîne Ibis prenne conscience et félicite ce personnel.

Strict minimum.chambre a l'étage avec personne âgée ! Au cleint de faire le lit ! Seul point positif petit déjeuner "convenable" et receptionniste du matin sympathique
