The barber, Jean-Pierre Pagès, located near the Bar des Amis, left his native Southern Aveyron, in Larzac, at the age of 10, to come to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. At the age of 72 and since 1973, he has been at home in Saint-Germain, cutting hair four to five times a day, by appointment, in his hairdressing salon which has kept the signs of more activity and many more people. On his red doorstep, with no indication of occupation, he will take you, and it is his choice, only by appointment. He knows how to take his time and exercise his talent to carve you, like an old barber, a wise and chiseled cut like no one does any more. But if you are really not a cigar lover, it is better to pass his way. Here, we are in another world and it is another time that you should know how to savour, without moderation.
