Since February 2014, Saint-Germain-en-Laye has been in Sweden with this nice Scandinavian bistro. The beautiful sky blue sky and the refined decoration are a real invitation to travel for discerning gourmets looking for atypical flavours, a combination of French cuisine and Swedish specialities. The restaurant even has its own smoking area for fish and meat. When you enter, you will be sure to taste tasty tuna rillettes, bio-gravlax salmon or the base of three entrance-marinated herring, to follow a dish of caramelized pork pork pork and tarragon, lamb and parsley lamb boulettes, or a "smoked-hot" organic salmon. At the end of the meal, cheese lovers will be tempted by a Franco-Swedish plate, for the desserts junkies they will probably choose the Kung Oscar II and its bilberries grout. A healthy address that makes travel travel.
